Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene or quality reasons, such as worn shoes, discounted or clearance items, or customized products.
Please review product details carefully before purchase.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? You can request an exchange for eligible items within 7 days. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll send your replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
